Can’t believe I didn’t catch this but last week the BBC aired their first episode of the Football League Show, which airs highlights of lower-tier English clubs in Saturday action.
Well during the middle of showing Torquay vs. Chesterfield the BBC decided to randomly cut away from the game to show Kate Bosworth sitting on a toilet in the movie, Blue Crush!
Apparently ITV were airing the movie at the same time so someone in the control room had some explaining to do.
Even as a soccer lover I would’ve loved to see the rest of that scene. ;-)
And yes Torquay did win.
