I slightly disagree with the weight comparison in the article and I know it’s from another site (not criticizing the guy who posted it here).

Benn was certainly smaller and lighter come fight night than McClellan was. Watching the fight and indeed, when they come to the center of the ring for the pre-fight ref talk, you can see who’s bigger. Gerald would have had a stone on Benn on the night with the pre-day weigh-in, hence Benn’s unusually tentative start against Gerald who’s normally by far the more passive fighter of the two. I’ve always thought Nigel looked a bit spooked by G Man’s size at the start, like he was surprised or something, but those of us who followed both guys closely knew Benn was a blown-up middle and Gerald was a middle-going-on-cruiser. The stepping up in weight would have suited Gerald heavily (pardon the pun) despite it being his first fight there.

Some rules are ok, especially for really tasteless like fake mooning the crowd or something and could be treated differently. Even then, I’m not sure if I would go as far as taking away the TD. However, if the other options are back the kickoff up 10-15 yards, then maybe take it away and penalize from the spot of the foul for really tasteless taunting and celebrations, and for not so bad ones, just enforce on the kickoff. Something like this, no way, too far.
