That was the lowest of the low. I don’t care we’re tied for 1st, this is one of the worst teams in football. Pete Carroll is going to have one heck of a rebuilding project on his hands because after today there are so many players (and Gus Bradley) I want OUT of this team.
Deon Butler broke his leg scoring a touchdown and Brian Billick seriously called it “just a cramp” watching the replays. Dude, his leg BROKE! I am dumbfounded that this is the best FOX can do. Oh, we get Billick and the equally bad Thom Brennaman for our loss against the Buccaneers in two weeks. I feel sorry for Butler but that sort of sums up this whole season, doesn’t it?
From this day on I am looking at next season because this one is a wash. There is little chance we win another game this year and unfortunately because the Rams are 6-7 it gives no incentive for Pete Carroll to start Charlie Whitehurst. I want to see the future perform today. That means Kam Chancellor, Dexter Davis, Charlie Whitehurst, Golden Tate, etc. Find out if they can contribute NOW.
But I know that’s not going to happen and we’ll Hasselsack our way into 6-10 or 7-9. I like Pete Carroll, he should stay as head coach, but he has to know this team needs to be blown up with an atomic bomb.
