Congratulations to the Green Bay Packers for becoming the 2nd #6 seed to win the Super Bowl. They did it by beating the only other team to win it as a #6 seed in the Pittsburgh Steelers. It was another classic Super Bowl in what seems like a string of them in the last few years, and all the credit to Pittsburgh for fighting back and keeping themselves in the game when it was 21-3. Here’s the touchdown from Aaron Rodgers to Greg Jennings that got the scoreline to 21-3, and it’s undeniably one of the best throws Rodgers made the entire night.
That TD came off a turnover when Jarrett Bush intercepted a pass from Ben Roethlisberger. The Steelers killed themselves with three turnovers, leading to 21 of Green Bay’s 31 points.
Thank you Green Bay on behalf of the NFL. The dragon has been slain and with my rampant Pittsburgh hatred over the past few days, you guys did an excellent job of preventing the ultimate disaster of giving Pittsburgh another title.
What a game, what a postseason, the Packers win the Super Bowl 31-25 and there will be more videos to pass along as they are available.
